I understand I must inform my building that Walter's Pet Styles is authorized to enter my apartment (this can be completed with the doorman or completed through the Instrata resident portal).

Rider to Policy Agreements and Liability Waiver *

I understand and agree that any terms and guidelines found on 'Walter's Pet Styles - Policy Agreements and Liability Waiver' (of which I've already signed) that apply to the Walter's Pet Styles location shall also, by extension, apply to the Instrata NoMad building at 10 E 29th St, New York, NY 10016 including my apartment within.

Release of Liability Within 10 E 29th St, New York, NY 10016 *

Additionally, while I understand Walter's Pet Styles will make every effort to reduce and avoid risk, I release Walter's Pet Styles from any liability associated with my pet interacting with other pets or people in the Instrata NoMad building at 10 E 29th St. I will not hold Walter's Pet Styles monetarily or legally responsible for the actions of my pet or the response of others to the actions of my pet.

Retrieval of Pet *

Safety and animal well-being is paramount to Walter's Pet Styles. I understand that it is the recommendation of Walter's Pet Styles that I am home to facilitate retrieval of my pet on the date of my first appointment, as this can help to create a positive relationship with the service provider and process. If I forgo the in-home meeting on the date of my first appointment and Walter's Pet Styles is unable to retrieve my pet while I am not home, my appointment will be moved to the next available date. My pre-payment will be held as credit for one re-attempt.
